This privacy policy describes how Det Lille Saxofonværksted collects and processes personal data when you visit the website, contact me or have your saxophone repaired.

What information do I process?

When you use the contact form: name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and your message.
When you write to me or call me: the information you provide yourself, e.g. name, contact details and a description of your saxophone.
When you have a repair carried out or borrow a saxophone: name, contact details, information about the instrument, the work carried out and payment.

I do not ask for or process sensitive personal data.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your enquiry and give price estimates – my legitimate interest in being able to reply to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and preparation of an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)).
To carry out the repair, lend a loan saxophone and invoice – performance of the agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
To comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Your information is not used for marketing and is not passed on to anyone other than the data processors mentioned below.

How long do I keep your information?

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact.
Information about completed jobs is kept for as long as necessary in view of any complaints, but no longer than 3 years.
Accounting records are kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which they relate, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Data processors and recipients

I use the following suppliers, who process information on my behalf:

Nordicway – web hosting and email. The website and my email (including messages from the contact form) are hosted by Nordicway on servers in the EU.

Cookies and content from other sites

The first time you visit the site, you can choose which categories of cookies you accept: Necessary (remember your cookie choice and cannot be deselected), Functional (content from other services, e.g. the map from Google Maps), Statistics and Marketing. The website currently uses no statistics or marketing cookies (the visitor statistics below work without cookies). If you accept functional cookies, the map under “Address” is loaded, and Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. If you decline, the map is not shown. The fonts are loaded from my own server. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months, and you can change it at any time under Cookie settings. Read more in Google’s privacy policy.

Visitor statistics

I keep simple statistics on visits to the website, e.g. the number of visitors, which parts of the site are read and which sites visitors come from. The statistics are produced with the tool Koko Analytics, which runs on my own server. No cookies are used, and no IP addresses are stored. To count unique visits, an anonymous code is generated from technical information from your browser. The code changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. The information is not shared with anyone. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).
